The court confirmed that the waste shipped by the Firm\u2019s Client did not constitute dangerous goods in transport and that the Firm\u2019s Client was not required to comply with specific requirements related to its shipment; however, the authorities at both levels had misinterpreted the legal provisions, resulting in the erroneous classification of the waste as dangerous goods. As a result, the Court ruled that the fine imposed on the Firm\u2019s Client was unjustified.<\/p>\n<p>File no.
